Apply this CBD + CBG muscle and joint oil directly to the desired area using the roll-on applicator, then massage into the skin until absorbed.
Each 3 oz bottle contains 1,200mg CBD + 600mg CBG in a fast-absorbing, full-spectrum formula designed for targeted topical support.
Approximate dosing guide:
1 targeted application → ~15–20mg CBD + ~7–10mg CBG
Apply directly to muscles or joints (knees, shoulders, back, neck, wrists, etc.)
Use several passes of the roller depending on area size and desired coverage
Topical dosing will vary based on application amount and body area, but this provides a helpful starting point for targeted use.
Tips for best results:
Apply to sore, tight, or overworked areas as needed
Reapply every 2–4 hours for continued support
Great before or after workouts, long workdays, or physical activity
For extended support, layer the Muscle & Joint Balm over the oil after absorption

I limped into the Aloha, Ore Farmers market on Thursday afternoon, and chatted at length with Josh, owner of My X Wellness. After applying some muscle and joint oil on my knees, and taking a dropper of extra strong tincture, I left dancing an Irish jig. As a frequent patron of farmers markets I have seen the various CBD and CBG product booths over the years, and was unsure of the effectiveness and claims of worthwhile results. Too, the costs were not inexpensive and figured my twice daily ingestion of Naproxen and THC gummies was the most reasonable solution. In the last few months my knee pain has become nearly unbearable and interferes with my daily activities and can be so throbbing and intense at night I can barely sleep. I stopped by to see if perhaps there was indeed something that might work for me and Josh spoke with me for quite a long time and offered a few samples for me to try. I thought perhaps it might work a little bit but probably not worth the expense. Hoping for the absence of psychosomatic factors, I definitely felt the pain dissipate over the next 30 minutes. Now, as I write this review an hour and a half later, I have significantly less deabilitating pain in my knees and am just simply overjoyed!
