We typically ship all orders within 1-3 business days of the completion of your order. If you order during peak times such as holidays, this may take longer. Standard ground shipping is used by default unless express shipping is selected at checkout. Depending on which delivery option you select, your order should be received within 2-5 business days from being shipped. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
You will be contacted by a customer service representative and offered an immediate refund if your product is on backorder or no longer available.

Refunds
We accept returns on undamaged, unopened products within 14 days of your purchase for any reason. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on any undamaged product returns. See “Shipping Charges on Returns and Refunds” below for our refund policy shipping details.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges on products within 14 days of your purchase. Shipping is at the customer’s expense on products that are not defective or damaged.

Shipping Charges on Returns and Refunds
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning an undamaged or non-defective item or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
