I first tried the Muscle and Joint Balm for my aching knees after Zumba class. It worked so well with all aches and pains from exercising that I now keep several on hand. One in my office for neck pain cause by looking down at my computer screen, one on my nightstand for night cramps or soreness in my hands when I wake up, as well as my gym bag. Love this stuff.
