Your All-Day Wellness Routine:
STEP 1 — Feed Your Day Take your dose of the Extra Strong Tincture each morning. Hold under the tongue for 60 seconds. Not sure where to start? Our Dosing Wheel [link to CBD Dosing Wheel on website] has you covered — find it on our homepage.
STEP 2 — Spot Relief, On Demand Apply the Muscle & Joint Roll-On directly to sore or tense areas as needed throughout the day. Shoulders, joints, lower back — wherever your body is asking for help.
STEP 3 — Wind Down & Rest Deep 15–30 minutes before bed, place ½–1 dropper of the Nighttime Tincture under your tongue. Hold for a full minute, then swallow. Start with ½ dropper and adjust from there.
Start low, go slow, and stay consistent. Everyone’s body responds differently — give yourself 1–2 weeks at each dose before adjusting. That’s how you Feed Your Wellness.
